1. What is data recovery?
Data recovery services is the act of retrieving data from incidental acts such as the deletion of files, inaccessible data from damaged storage media, software problems, viruses, etc.

2. What is the normal procedure for the recovery service?
We will do an initial evaluation and generate a quotation (see our service plans) . The quotation will be sent to you through e-mail or fax. Our engineers will start the data recovery process only after receiving your approval of the quotation.

3. Do you have any initial evaluation fee?
No. The initial evaluation is free for normal service plan and S$30 for priority service plan. No any hidden costs.

4. How much does it cost to recover the data?
You will receive a quotation and a list of recoverable files by email or fax before the actual process is carried out. Generally it costs about S$200 to S$1800 for hard disk, S$50 to 500 for other media. Depending on media type, a complex situation, may cost more.

5. What is the cost in case the data could not be recovered?
You need not pay any amount if the data could not be recovered.

6. I need the data very urgently. What should I do ?
Choose the Priority Service plan. Retrieving guaranteed in  1 - 5 days. The price premium is generally 20-30% above of normal pricing.

7. What is the chance of getting my lost data?
The chances of gettting your lost data is more than 90%. To date 95% of our customers got back all their data and expressed immense satisfaction of the service provided.

8. Can you guarantee confidentiality of my data?
Yes, all our staffs are working in a secure environment under non-disclosure. You can therefore rest assured that we will do all in our power to firstly retrieve and secondly return your data in full confidentiality.
