Follow
the procedure to recover the data

Download,
print and fill up the Data recovery request form.

Send the media with data recovery request form to JS
Data Systems.

You can come down personally and handover the media to JS Data systems
or we can arrange free collection of
your media.
After having
received your media, we will do an initial evaluation and generate a quotation
(see our service plans) . The quotation will be sent to you through e-mail
or fax. Our engineers will start the data recovery process only after
receiving your approval of quotation. If the quotation is not approved,
the job is considered as cancelled and you can collect your media. If
the data is not recoverable, no amount will be charged.
Normal
Service Plan
In the normal service plan the evaluation will take around 1 to 3 working
days and the complete data recovery process will take around 4 to 10 working
days.
An initial evaluation is FREE for this plan.
Priority
service Plan
If you choose priority service plan, the evaluation time will be within
24 hours and the complete data recovery process will be within 1 to 5
working days. Service charges are 20% to 30% above the normal service
plan. An initial evaluation fee of S$30 has to be incurred for priority
service.
